We are in a moment of exacerbated change. Let me share with you three things that I see can help us face it and emerge stronger.

  1. You matter. The coronavirus is a real threat. We must think beyond ourselves and, as a society, face this crisis with intelligence, empathy, and determination. You matter. Do everything in your power to contain it and minimize the damage it can cause to the greatest extent possible. The outcome is the sum of each and every one of us. Embrace your greatness.
  2. Understand that everything is cyclical.Whatever goes up must come down, and vice versa. The virus has a life of its own. The time will come when it will subside. Maybe it will be in a week, a month, or a year, I don't know. It depends on how we face it as a society. But what I do know is that it will subside and life will go on.
  3. We must use this moment to grow and prepare for a better future.See this moment as an opportunity to grow. Also see it as a moment when life is telling us, "Stop! Relax. Refocus. Regain your strength and learn to face life with renewed intelligence." Therefore, if we have to stay at home, if our business slows down, or even stops, let's use this time to grow. To develop our resilience. To become wiser, stronger, and more human. Yes, it's time to become more human. It's time to step away from the madness and be grateful. Yes! Grateful for all the wonderful things life has given us, and for the simple fact of being alive, here, in this moment. It's time to set an example and be positive. To find the good in the bad. The opportunity in difficulty. And develop the life force we need to survive and excel in this new world of ever-accelerating change.

This is the call to awaken. Wake up! Embrace your greatness and thrive.

Note: I'm letting you know that I'm about to release a new online training course on emotional resilience that's ideal for taking advantage of this pause. Let me know if you're interested and I'll give you more information. Best regards.
