It consists of three activities.

We'll start with an analysis of megatrends that are likely to hit your company and industry like a meteor. We'll analyze your strengths and weaknesses so you can face them.

For example:
• Technological changes.
• Product Innovation.
Social and political changes in the world.
• New markets and consumers.
• Attract and retain talent.
• Etc. • Settings.

Then we did the activity

 

Here we open Pandora's box so everyone can openly air our vulnerabilities without being penalized.

 

• We integrate small, multidisciplinary groups to determine how to kill the company.
• The dynamic is to imagine you've been recruited by the competition and have switched sides. You are furious and super motivated.
• Your mission is to identify all our weaknesses and see how to use them against the company to destroy it and take it out of the market.
• Some of them are located outside the company and will work in the competitor's offices, while others remain inside the company as terrorists.

We identified our vulnerability in four areas: products and services, people, structure, and communication.

The workshop concludes with the definition of concrete actions to be taken immediately

 

 

Here, based on what we've learned, the team identifies three types of activities to undertake, joining forces to face the future with new brilliance and committing to carry out initiatives to:

• Stop engaging in activities that are harmful to the company and no longer add value.
• Initiate new activities that are vital for the survival of the company.
• And continue doing activities that strengthen, unite, and inspire us.

 

Structure

Interviews: To prepare for the workshop, 4 in-depth interviews will be conducted with different company members.
Number of workshop participants: 10 to 25.
Duration: One intensive day, or a more relaxed day and a half.
